Faculty of Sports Sciences 2026 ÖZYES Final Registration Dates and Required Documents

The final registrations for students placed in the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University through 2026 ÖZYES will be conducted between October 12-16, 2026. Registrations will be taken at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Faculty of Sports Sciences Bağbaşı Campus, Central/Kırşehir. Candidates must apply in person or with a notary proxy.

The final registration procedures for the Faculty of Sports Sciences will be carried out from October 12-16, 2026. The registration location has been announced as Faculty of Sports Sciences Bağbaşı Campus, Central/Kırşehir. No registrations will be accepted by mail. Candidates with missing documents will also not be registered.

Required Documents for Final Registration

The documents required from candidates are as follows:

• Original and photocopy of the high school diploma or newly dated graduation certificate with a QR code. The success certificate cannot be used instead of the graduation certificate.
• Photocopy of the original identity card with the T.C. Identity number for viewing.
• Original Health Committee (Board) Report for Group A (High-Risk Sports Branches).
• For candidates placed as national athletes, a National Athlete Certificate. The document can be obtained with a QR code from the e-Government system.

Health Committee (Board) Report Requirement

According to the “Regulation on Athlete Health Reports” published by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Youth and Sports on August 11, 2026, candidates placed in the Faculty of Sports Sciences who will register in the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester must present a health report for Group A (High-Risk Sports Branches). The report must be obtained from fully equipped state or university hospitals or fully equipped private hospitals within the last month.

The original Health Committee (Board) Report can be submitted until December 31, 2026.

Students placed from the disabled candidate quota will only need to bring the original disability report they presented during the exam.
