Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Additional Article 1 Horizontal Transfer Results

Kırşehir Ahi Evran University has announced the horizontal transfer results for the 2026-2027 academic year fall semester according to the Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1).

Candidates can learn their horizontal transfer status through the results published for the faculty, school, or vocational school they applied to.

Academic Units with Announced Results

The horizontal transfer results according to the Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1) have been published separately for the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Agriculture, School of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Kaman School of Applied Sciences, Vocational School of Health Services, Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Kaman Vocational School, Mucur Vocational School, and Çiçekdağı Vocational School.

Final Registration Dates

The final registration procedures for the main candidates who have gained the right to horizontal transfer will start on Monday, August 24, 2026, and end on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Candidates must complete their registration procedures within the specified time.

Documents Required for Final Registration

The following documents will be requested from candidates who have gained the right to final registration:

1. An approved transcript obtained from the university where they are registered or a newly dated transcript obtained through e-Government. The original of the document uploaded during the application must be submitted.
2. An approved student certificate obtained from the university where they are registered or a newly dated student certificate obtained through e-Government. The original of the document uploaded during the application must be submitted.
3. A photocopy of the identity card.
4. If there is a request for exemption, the original course program and course contents.
5. The YKS Result Document showing all score types for the year the candidate registered. The original of the document uploaded during the application must be submitted.
6. If the discipline status is not indicated in the transcript or student certificate, a document stating that no disciplinary penalty has been received.
7. A document stating that there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer.

Registration Location and Method

Final registrations will be conducted at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Student Affairs Department, Bağbaşı Campus, Central/Kırşehir.

Registration procedures will be conducted in person or with a notarized power of attorney.

Exemption and Adaptation Procedures

Students who complete their final registration and wish to request an exemption must submit their transcript and course contents to the student affairs of the academic unit they registered in after the registration procedures. These documents will be used in exemption and adaptation procedures.
