Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Graduate Additional Student Admission

Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Institute of Social Sciences announced that it will conduct additional student admissions for master's and doctoral programs for the 2026-2027 academic year fall semester.

The announcement states that there are 381 open positions. Candidates can review the quotas of the programs they will apply for, application requirements, and necessary documents from the announcement text and application guide published by the university.

Application Dates

Applications for the graduate additional student admission will start on August 20, 2026, and end on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 23:59.

Applications will be made online through the Kırşehir Ahi Evran University's graduate application system.

Scientific Evaluation Exam

The list of candidates who are eligible to take the scientific evaluation exam as a result of the preliminary assessment will be announced on the Institute of Social Sciences' website after 17:00 on September 1, 2026. Individual notifications will not be made to the candidates.

The list of candidates who will take the scientific evaluation exam will be announced along with the exam locations.

The scientific evaluation exam for master's candidates will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 09:00, and the scientific evaluation exam for doctoral candidates will be held on the same day at 14:00.

Announcement of Results

The evaluation results for the master's and doctoral programs will be announced after 17:00 on Friday, September 4, 2026, on the Institute of Social Sciences' website.

Final Registration and Backup Registration Dates

The final registration procedures for candidates accepted into the program will be conducted during working hours on September 7-8, 2026.

Final registrations are expected to be made in person or through a notarized power of attorney. In case of a force majeure, how the registration process will be carried out will be announced on the Institute's website.

After the final registrations, backup candidates will be announced on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, for the vacant positions.

The registration procedures for candidates who gain the right to register from the backup list will be conducted during working hours on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Additional Quota for Martyrs and Veterans' Relatives

In line with the decision taken at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting on July 23, 2025, an additional 1 quota will be added for the spouses and children of martyrs, spouses and children of veterans, and candidates who are veterans in the Institute's graduate programs.

In this context, candidates applying must upload the relevant documents to the section “Document Proving That They Are a Veteran, Veteran or Martyr Relative” among the required documents for the application.
