İŞKUR Youth Program Main Candidate Registrations Have Started: Document Upload October 30 - November 5

Anadolu University has announced the registration process for participants listed in the notary lottery main list under the 1,189-person İŞKUR Youth Program for the 2026-2027 academic year. All participants on the main list must upload the required documents to the system via basvuru.anadolu.edu.tr between October 30 and November 5, 2026. Bank accounts will be opened collectively by the university.

Document upload procedures started on October 30, 2026 and will end on November 5, 2026. Documents will only be uploaded via basvuru.anadolu.edu.tr. Documents obtained from e-Government must be acquired using the “create barcode document” option.

Documents Required from Lottery Winners

• Commitment Letter (to be signed and uploaded to the system)
• Population registration sample with details (to be obtained from e-Government by selecting the “Population Family” option)
• SGK registration and service statement belonging to the applicant (to be obtained from e-Government by selecting “All SGK Service Statement”)
• Historical residence and other address document (e-Government)
• Document of individuals residing in the same household (e-Government)
• Income documents of individuals residing in the same household
• Criminal record and archive record (e-Government)

Household Income Documents

Income documents for all individuals residing in the same location will be uploaded:

• Individuals aged 18 and over, employed or retired: Income document showing the last income received in 2026
• Individuals aged 18 and over, unemployed: Service statement document to be obtained from the SGK Registration and Service Statement page on e-Government
• Individuals under 18 (born after October 30, 2008): No document will be uploaded; the T.C. identity number and date of birth of these individuals will be entered into the system

Bank Account

Bank accounts will be opened collectively by Anadolu University. Further information will be provided on this matter.
