2026 Year 3rd International Student Admission Applications Have Started

Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Has Started the 3rd International Student Admission

Kırşehir Ahi Evran University has opened applications for student admissions from abroad within the scope of the 3rd international student admission for the year 2026. The announcement was published on October 1, 2026.

Candidates will submit their applications through the university's online application system. During the application process, the conditions for accepting students from abroad, the online application guide, quotas, and explanations regarding the program preference process published by the university must be taken into account.

Applications Will Be Made Between October 1-7

The online application period has been set as October 1-7, 2026. The preliminary evaluation and placement processes will be conducted between October 8-13, 2026.

The preliminary evaluation and placement results will be announced through the application system on October 14, 2026.

Candidates who wish to appeal the results can submit their appeal applications on October 15-16, 2026. The evaluation of appeals will take place on October 19, 2026. The final evaluation processes of the academic units and the decisions to be made will be completed and sent to the Student Affairs Department between October 20-23, 2026.

Final Registration Documents Will Be Submitted Between October 26-November 26

After the placement process, candidates who receive an invitation letter must submit the necessary documents for final registration to the Student Affairs Department between October 26-November 26, 2026.

In the university's announcement, students were especially asked to pay attention to the period when classes will start when making their program preferences.

Some Programs Will Start in the 2027-2028 Academic Year

Within the scope of the third international student admission, students who gain the right to register by choosing the Faculty of Medicine and students who will enroll in the preparatory program of the International Relations and Theology Faculty will have their course registrations made starting from the 2027-2028 academic year.

Course registrations for students who gain the right to register in other programs will be conducted starting from the spring semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. Therefore, candidates need to consider the starting periods of the programs when making their preferences.

Documents Required for Online Application

During the application, candidates are required to upload their high school diploma along with its Turkish translation to the system. Candidates who have not yet received their diploma can use an officially approved temporary graduation document indicating that they will graduate by a certain date.

Additionally, high school transcript, valid passport, and Turkish translation or, depending on the situation, a copy of the Turkish ID card or Blue Card must be uploaded to the application system. If the high school documents are not in Turkish or English, they must be prepared in a single PDF file along with their translations.

If available, the TR-YÖS result document can also be uploaded to the system. Candidates who have dual citizenship and obtained Turkish citizenship due to their mother or father's later acquisition must also provide a detailed population registration sample.

Documents can be uploaded to the online application system in PDF or JPEG format. Candidates will be responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents entered into the application system.
