İŞKUR Youth Program Applications for Main Candidates from November 2-6

Kütahya Dumlupınar University published an announcement regarding the applications of students who are main candidates in the notary lottery results of the 2026-2027 İŞKUR Youth Program. Main candidates will submit their documents between November 2-6, 2026. Students will apply with different documents based on their place of residence. Units at Evliya Çelebi Campus and students of Çavdarhisar MYO will upload their documents at iskurbelge.dpu.edu.tr.

• Units at Evliya Çelebi Campus and Çavdarhisar MYO: Documents will be submitted at iskurbelge.dpu.edu.tr. The system will open on November 2, 2026.
• Other academic units: Documents will be collected in person. Students need to follow their faculty or MYO announcements.

• For students staying in state dormitories, Dormitory Accommodation Document (e-Government)
• For students staying in private dormitories, a document confirming their stay with wet signature and stamp
• IBAN of the account opened at Halkbank Kütahya Branch

Students staying in state dormitories must have the name of the state dormitory they are staying in listed as “Other Address” on their Residence and Other Address Document.
