Kütahya Dumlupınar University has published three separate announcements regarding international student applications, faculty member recruitment entrance exam results, and İŞKUR Youth Program lottery results. The 9th term of international student applications for 2026-2027 is ongoing from October 23, 2026 - October 30, 2026, and the results will be announced on November 2, 2026. The final evaluation results of the research assistant and lecturer recruitment announcement published in the Official Gazette dated September 25, 2026, and numbered 33381 have been announced, and those who are eligible for appointment must submit their documents to the Rectorate by Tuesday, November 17, 2026, by the end of business. The results of the lottery held on October 27, 2026, in the İİBF Conference Hall as part of the İŞKUR Youth Program have also been published.

2026-2027 International Student Applications (9th Application Period)

The 9th application period for international students is open from October 23, 2026 - October 30, 2026. The result announcement date is set for November 2, 2026.

Applications to the university as an international student candidate are made individually through the central website ulmer.dpu.edu.tr. To apply, the application and evaluation fee (2,500 TL) must be deposited via online banking during the application system login. This fee was determined by the relevant boards of the university and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Candidates who have completed their high school education in Turkish high schools or have attended Turkish high schools for part of their education are required to take the YKS exam. Such applications are not accepted during this application period.

All required documents must be uploaded online to the application system without any missing items. Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated. It is stated that candidates can make at least 1 and a maximum of 5 preferences. If the candidate is accepted to the university, the originals of all documents uploaded and the documents requested in the acceptance letter will be required during registration. Candidates must also upload original documents along with other documents to the application system.

During the placement period, a maximum of 20% of candidates from the same nationality can be placed in each department (of the total quota allocated for that department during the placement period). Quota increases can be made for new candidates to be placed in the place of candidates who did not register in the previous placement period. If any nationality has reached the quota in that department, no candidates from that nationality can be placed in that department.

Candidates who are eligible for placement from visa-required countries must have a valid visa covering the relevant dates when they come for registration. Candidates who do not arrive within the dates specified by our center and do not have a valid visa will not be registered at the university.

The candidate must come in person for registration. Candidates who cannot come in person can register through a person they authorize via a power of attorney from T.C. notaries or T.C. consulates. Registration procedures are carried out by the Center.

The completeness and accuracy of the documents uploaded through the application system and the information provided are the candidates' own responsibility. In the applications made, the information provided is considered correct. Candidates whose documents uploaded during the evaluation and registration process or at a later date are found to be inconsistent with the original documents, or who provide misleading, incorrect information or fraudulent documents will have their registrations canceled.

After submitting your application, the Center may request additional documents, information, pictures, or videos from the candidates who applied. In such cases, candidates can be reached via email, and they are required to respond to the email sent to them within 3 days.

Results of the Faculty Member Recruitment Entrance Exam Dated 25.09.2026

The final evaluation results of the research assistant and lecturer recruitment announcement published in the Official Gazette dated September 25, 2026 and numbered 33381 have been announced.

Successful (main) candidates who are eligible for appointment must submit the required documents to the Rectorate in person or by mail by Tuesday, November 17, 2026, by the end of business. Candidates who do not apply during this period will be considered to have waived their right to appointment, and substitute candidates will be called in their place. The institution will not be responsible for delays caused by postal applications. The announcement is of a notification nature, and no additional notification will be made to the candidates.

Documents Required from Candidates Who Passed the Faculty Member Entrance Exam

The documents required from candidates who passed the entrance exam are as follows:

• Appointment request letter
• Health board report (from fully-fledged state or private hospitals; excluding candidates currently working in any public institution with a permanent position)
• 6 passport-sized photographs
• All original documents uploaded to the system during the application (e-Government output of diplomas)

For candidates currently working in any public institution, consent procedures will be initiated from their institutions as of the date they send their application documents. Security investigations and archive research procedures for candidates who submit the required documents to the Rectorate will be initiated on the same day. Candidates who have qualified for appointment and wish to waive their rights must send their waiver letters within the specified dates. Candidates whose appointment conditions are later found to be inadequate will not be appointed, and if they have already been appointed, their appointments will be canceled.

The results of the notary lottery held on October 27, 2026, in the İİBF Conference Hall as part of the 2026-2027 İŞKUR Youth Program have been announced on the announcement page.
