MEF University hosts 5 faculties, 1 school of applied sciences, and 1 graduate institute. The faculties include Education, Law, Economic, Administrative and Social Sciences, Engineering and Architecture, and Arts, Design and Architecture. There are nearly 20 undergraduate programs in these faculties. Additionally, the university supports academic development with various master's and doctoral programs at the graduate level. MEF Üniversitesi tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına başvuruda ALES şartı aranmaz. Tezli yüksek lisans ve doktora programlarında ALES zorunludur; adaylar ALES yerine GRE veya GMAT sonucu da sunabilir. Yabancı uyruklu adaylardan ALES istenmez, başvuruları lisans diploması ve program koşullarına göre değerlendirilir. Tezsiz programlarda başvurular mülakat veya yazılı sınavla değerlendirilir.

MEF Üniversitesi yabancı uyruklu adaylardan lisansüstü başvurularda ALES şartı aramaz. Adaylar lisans diploması, transkript, pasaport ve İngilizce yeterlik belgesiyle çevrimiçi başvuru yapar. MEF Üniversitesi lisansüstü başvurularında YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL ve TOEFL iBT sonuçları kabul edilir. Hukuk alanındaki programlarda Almanca, Fransızca, İspanyolca ve İtalyanca sınav sonuçları da değerlendirilir. İşletme, ekonomi, finans, hukuk ve öğrenme bilimleri programlarında MEF Üniversitesi'nin kendi İngilizce yeterlik sınavına girilebilir. Öğrenim dili %100 İngilizce olan bir programdan mezun olanlar muaf tutulur.

MEF Üniversitesi doktora başvurusunda yüksek lisans diploması, ALES ve yabancı dil belgesi istenir. Lisans derecesiyle başvuran adaylar için ALES taban puanı daha yüksektir.
