T3 Foundation announced on October 20, 2026 that the final day for scholarship applications has been updated to November 8, 2026. The program aims to support the educational journeys of young people and to raise generations that will contribute to Turkey's National Technology Initiative.

Özdemir Bayraktar Scholarship Categories and Amounts

The program will be implemented in six categories in the new term:

• Rising Star Scholarship Program: 50 quotas for undergraduate and graduate students in Istanbul, monthly 8,000 TL for 10 months
• You Will Be the Future Scholarship Program: 610 quotas for university preparatory, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade students across Turkey, monthly 8,000 TL for 10 months
• Instructor Mentor Scholarship Program: 1,150 quotas for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students in basic sciences, engineering, guidance and psychological counseling, psychology, sociology, and education faculty (quantitative departments), monthly 8,000 TL for 12 months
• Education Support Scholarship Program: 3,150 quotas for needy middle school, high school, and university students in 81 provinces, monthly 5,000 TL for 10 months
• T3 AI Undergraduate Researcher Scholarship Program: 20 quotas for undergraduate students preparing a graduation project in artificial intelligence or large language models, monthly 10,000 TL for 6 months
• Ethical Communication Scholarship Program: 20 quotas for undergraduate and graduate students interested in the field of communication, monthly 8,000 TL

Evaluation Process

The process starts with pre-application through KYS in all categories. Then, stages such as video interview, personality test, case/role play interview, face-to-face interview, and executive interview are conducted according to the category.
