Required Documents for Gazi University Thesis Defense Jury Assignment

The following documents are required from students reaching the maximum education period:

• Thesis Defense Exam Jury Assignment Form (for doctoral students, Doctoral Jury Assignment Form, for thesis master's students, Thesis Master's Jury Assignment Form)
• Turnitin plagiarism report signed by the advisor
• Article publication summary or article acceptance document
• A transcript showing that the requirement of at least 240 ECTS for doctoral students and at least 120 ECTS for thesis master's students has been met (can be obtained from e-Government)
