Document Submission

The document submission dates are set as October 21-27, 2026. Candidates who do not submit their documents on time will be replaced by reserve candidates according to KPSS score order. The announcement serves as an official notification, and no written notification will be made to the candidates.

The following documents are required from candidates:

• KPSS exam result document (internet printout) and application petition
• Diploma (original or certified copy or graduation document obtained from e-Government)
• Original and photocopy of ID card, population registration sample with a barcode obtained from e-Government
• Military status document for male candidates (discharge document for candidates who have completed military service)
• Criminal record certificate obtained from e-Government and SGK registration and service statement
• Health board report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital or medical faculty hospital
• Asset declaration (available in the forms section on the AFSÜ Personnel Department website)
• 6 passport-sized photos taken within the last six months

The health board report can also be obtained from the University’s Medical Faculty Hospital.
