2026 Contracted Personnel Recruitment Main and Reserve Results Announced

Dokuz Eylul University Announced the Results of 4/B Contracted Personnel Recruitment

Dokuz Eylul University published the main and reserve candidate lists for the contracted personnel recruitment conducted under Article 4/B of the Law No. 657 on Civil Servants.

The results were announced in separate lists for different positions such as nurse, health technician, technician, support staff, cook, and driver.

Documents Required from Candidates Who Have the Right to Be Appointed

Candidates listed in the main and reserve lists who wish to start work must prepare a petition, criminal record certificate, military status document, graduation certificate, one passport-sized photo, health board report, SGK long-term service document, and asset declaration form.

While barcode e-Government outputs are accepted, a barcode e-Government document or notarized diploma can be submitted for the graduation certificate. The asset declaration form must be prepared as a single page printed on both sides.

How Will Document Submission Be Done?

Candidates must submit the required documents by the end of the working day on September 30, 2026 to the Personnel Department of Dokuz Eylul University in person or by mail.

The university stated that it is not responsible for delays in mail and missing documents. Main and reserve candidates who do not submit their documents on time will lose their right to appointment.

Appointment Process for Reserve Candidates

The transactions of candidates who submit their documents will continue until the number of positions announced is completed. Reserve candidates will be called according to the KPSS score ranking for those main candidates whose appointment processes could not be completed.

The university also stated that this announcement serves as a notification and that no additional notification will be made to the candidates.
