2026-2027 Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Results and Registration Dates Announced

Ufuk University Announced Horizontal Transfer Results

Ufuk University has published the results of horizontal transfer applications for the 2026-2027 academic year fall semester.

The announcement includes information about both Horizontal Transfer Based on Central Placement Score and Horizontal Transfer Based on Overall Grade Point Average results and the registration process.

Registrations for Horizontal Transfer Based on Central Placement Score

For horizontal transfer based on the central placement score, registrations for main candidates will be held between September 7-9, 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00, and for reserve candidates between September 10-11, 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00.

Registration procedures will be conducted at the Ufuk University Student Affairs Directorate, located at Şehit Savcı Mehmet Selim Kiraz Boulevard No:129, İncek/Gölbaşı/Ankara.

Registrations for Horizontal Transfer Based on Overall Grade Point Average

Registrations for candidates who qualify for horizontal transfer based on overall grade point average will be held between September 7-11, 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00.

These candidates will also complete their registration procedures in person at the Ufuk University Student Affairs Directorate.

Required Documents for Registration

For both types of horizontal transfer, candidates will be required to submit a photocopy of their identity card, 2 passport-sized photos measuring 4.5 x 6 cm taken within the last six months, proof of tuition fee payment, and a document from the registered university stating that there are no obstacles to horizontal transfer.

If this document has been submitted previously during the application for horizontal transfer based on overall grade point average, it will not be requested again.

Registrations Must Be Done In Person

The university has stated that horizontal transfer registrations will not be conducted by mail.

Candidates must apply in person for registration. Registration will not be processed with incomplete documents. Additionally, a valid email address must be provided during registration.

Tuition Fee Payment Schedule

Half of the annual tuition fee will be paid during registration between September 7-11, 2026, and the other half between February 8-12, 2027.

The tuition fee can be deposited at Halk Bank branches. Students wishing to pay by credit card can process their payments through the university's accounting unit.

Students who do not pay their fees on time will not have their registrations processed or renewed.
