Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi'nde ALES puanınız yoksa yüksek lisansa yalnızca GRE veya GMAT puanıyla başvurabilirsiniz. Enstitüde tezsiz yüksek lisans programı olmadığı için bütün programlar tezlidir ve ALES sayısal puanı ya da eşdeğeri istenir. GRE puanı olmayan yabancı uyruklu adaylar iki yarıyıl şartlı kabul alır. Bu sürede GRE puanını getirmeyen adayın kaydı silinir.

Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi lisansüstü öğrencileri TÜBİTAK bursları ve YÖK 100/2000 Doktora Bursu gibi destek programlarına başvurabilir. Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü bu burslar için ayrıca bilgilendirme yapar. Araştırma projelerinde görev almak da öğrenciler için bir destek yoludur. Programları alanına ve derece türüne göre Mezun Kampüsü Program Atlası üzerinden karşılaştırabilirsiniz.

Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi'nde tezli yüksek lisans dört yarıyıl, yani iki yıl sürer. Program en çok altı yarıyılda tamamlanır. Öğrenci en az yedi ders, bir seminer dersi ve tez çalışmasıyla en az 120 AKTS kredisini tamamlar. Tezler İngilizce yazılır. Enstitüde açık bir tezsiz yüksek lisans programı yoktur.

Yabancı uyruklu adaylar Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi'ne Türk adaylarla aynı kriterlerle, ALES yerine GRE puanıyla başvurur. Lisansüstü başvuruda YÖS ve TR-YÖS istenmez. Adayın mezun olduğu kurumun YÖK tarafından tanınması gerekir. GRE puanı olmayan aday iki yarıyıl şartlı kabul alır. İngilizce dil belgesi ve mülakat şartı bütün adaylar için geçerlidir.

Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi yüksek lisans başvurusunda TOEFL iBT ve üniversitenin AGÜ İMS sınavını kabul eder. Bütün lisansüstü programlar İngilizce yürütülür. Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi lisans mezunları mezuniyetten sonraki dört yarıyıl içinde başvurursa dil şartından muaf tutulur. Tamamen İngilizce bir lisans programından mezun olanların durumunu enstitü kurulu değerlendirir. Dil belgesi olmayan aday şartlı kabul alabilir.

Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi doktora başvurusu için yüksek lisans diploması, ALES sayısal puanı veya eşdeğeri ile İngilizce dil belgesi gerekir. Adaylar ayrıca mülakata girer. Doktorada YDS ya da YÖKDİL puanı tek başına yetmez, AGÜ İMS'de de başarılı olmanız gerekir. Lisans diplomasıyla bütünleşik doktoraya da başvurabilirsiniz.
