Tuition Fee and Payment Information

Education at Bilkent University is fee-based. The annual tuition fees determined on an academic year basis indicate the total amount that students registering for the fall and spring semesters must pay. Only half of the annual tuition fee is collected from students who register only for the fall or spring semester. The annual tuition fee is paid in two equal installments at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. A discounted annual tuition fee is applied for students who prefer to pay the entire annual tuition fee at the beginning of the fall semester.

The 2026-2027 annual tuition fee (for fall and spring semesters) or only the fall semester tuition fee must be paid online between October 2-4. It is not possible to change the payment method to annual after completing the payment for only the fall semester fee.

For those who prefer to pay the annual tuition fee during final registration, the discounted annual fee is set at 1,245,000 TL (including 10% VAT) for students paying the full fee, and 622,500 TL (including 10% VAT) for students with a 50% scholarship (discounted). Tuition fees can be paid through Garanti BBVA, Türkiye İş Bankası, and Yapı Kredi Bankası. There are three separate methods to pay the tuition fee in advance: by going to any branch of these banks through the tuition fee payment menu, through internet banking via the internet banking systems of these banks, or through the Credit Card Payment Page accessible via the link on the Bilkent University Final Registration Form. It is not possible to pay the tuition fee via bank transfer or EFT.

When paying the tuition fee, it is essential to use the Turkish Republic ID number or Bilkent University student number. The student number is the number starting with 2260 written at the top of the online final registration form.

For students continuing their education at Bilkent University, increases in the annual tuition fee are limited to the average change rate of the twelve-month Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Producer Price Index (PPI) for June announced by TÜİK at the beginning of July each year.
